Job description

Cinetism Studios, Pune is looking for a Roto Paint Artist to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the artist will be responsible to do  seamless work, have an excellent attention to detail and have a very good eye for color and composition.

Responsibilities

• Rotoscope elements and create mattes  for composting work with highest accuracy.
• Complete assigned tasks effectively. 
• Perform mid to advanced paint and recreation in Nuke and/or Silhouette to prep plates for comp department. 
• Deliver shots under short deadline.
• Perform annotations and QC for internal and vendor work.
• Train and mentor junior artists. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar position in a VFX environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Nuke, After Effects and Silhoutte
• Freshers can apply but will have to undergo in-house training for 4 months.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Python programming skills or ability to create tools and scripts to facilitate workflow are a big plus
